I tried to reset my password but it says “Email address does not exist in our database”. This could mean:
1. Your email field in your account is blank.
2. You have a different email address in your account record.
Contact email@example.com with your name, address, mbrb number and email address you would like to use. The admin will update your record and respond back to your email that your record has been updated. From there you can reset your password.
